Does this shit actually work?
Myo-Reps
considering we don't know what it is...
maybe elaborate on contents of this book if you want advice
I think if it actually worked, everyone would do it
I've got a secret method that builds muscles in 85.743% less time than that method
It's basically an activation set on 12-25 reps, and 5x5 "myo-reps" with minimal rest to keep the musclefiber activation near full contraction. Instead of doing sets of 12, where only the last reps count. Information is available for free online.
whatever exercise that is, it looks like it’s going to fuck up his elbows
He's just flexing
>paying money for "magic rep schemes"
Haven't paid for it, it's on volafile fit
>norwegian
Does it include recipe for their special asthma medicine?
If it worked why did he need to take massive amounts of gear? Scamola.
>meme programs/routines
Lifting isn't rocket science you fucking mong.
>falling for anything that has the word "new" "hot" "secret" "faster" "simple" in it
but the DYELs fall for this shit all the time. Have good genetics, do a light cycle, get and instagram and advertise as a trainer/sell meal or workout plans. I don't know why, but you can get an upper middle class wage from this in my Eastern European country.
People just love paying huge sums to have a gymbro tell you to do some machine while he's browsing shit on his phone
myoreps are legit, nothing magical but they do have good applications. i don't see why you'd need to dedicate a book to them though
it's just marketing dude
You're going to be screwed when they come out with a method that builds muscle 85.75% less time.
I'm calling it "6 minute abs"
Absolutely, it always blows my mind how fitness channels can spend 100s, if not 1000s of videos talking about lifting. Shit is retarded
myoreps have been around forever you spergs
it's a perfectly fine assistance protocol, similar to the doggcrapp method, just don't use it for your strength work
It works if you leverage the advantages behind myoreps right.
It's less poundage, easier to recover from, takes less time, and only really useful for isolations.
You can really up the frequency - you wouldn't do 5 sets of bis, tris, traps, side delts, facepulls... every fucking day, but with myoreps you can, especially with smaller muscles that already recover pretty fast even for natty guys.
It all snowballs from here, it's very efficient.
What is volatile fit? Link pls. I'm always interested in fitness books.
It does work
However it’s a pain in the ass to do by yourself with free weights. If you have a partner, it helps so you don’t kill yourself.
I used to make a hybrid of power lifts and myo reps for accessory work. For example, I’d do my dead’s either 3x5 or 3x3 and then followed it up with weighted pull ups via myo reps style.
Got strong for sure, but eventually you reach a wall.
It’s a really an adaptation of Arthur jones and mentzers 1 set to failure technique. I also believe Dorian Yates utilized this technique
>only last reps count
what bro-science is this?
so it's like a drop set with just doing activation sets
stop shilling
This, we know all the good methods already. Human knowledge stops growing here.
problem is that new lifters often have high expectations of what's achievable naturally and in what time frame, so they resort to buying snake oil. Even if the sticky is flawed, it's still the best introduction to lifting/dieting imo
When will you brainlets realise that lifting heavy compounds and eating is the only way to gains decent muscle
The quality of the cover design tells me this must be legit
>warmup set
>5x5 drop sets
>no rest so you'll have to drop weight massively
Mhm.
wew, another magic book with routines that promise you a Steroid body Naturally.
Just take a routine from the sticky and don't waste time and money on shitty programs.
