i eat it all at once at 5 am and then fast until the next day. Its great for working the night shift because i can eat all my food whenever i need to. going to do this until i lose another 20 ibs. gives me just enough energy to hit the gym and get through the night awake.

in my experience protein needs to be the largest macronutrient in every meal if you want to have any hope of hitting even 150g of protein in a day

corn is an interesting ingredient? Is it worth it? Whenever I had corn kernels to a dish I typically roast them a bit.

Nice child palate. Also I can tell your eggs are non american/ locally sourced. I suggest if you like your yolks runny but you maybe want your egg whites crispier, cooking your eggs on low heat with a lid on. Your yolks will be like in pic but your eggs will have more texture and crispiness.

I hit 200g easily at 2700 calories. If protein is my highest macro of the meal, it's not by much. Even if I'm doing a salad with grilled meat, the fat from olive oil will be the biggest macro and source of calories

Normally I eat some eggs, beef and tuna too throughout the day, but chicken was pretty nicely seasoned today
