How long does it take to achieve this?
How long does it take to achieve this?
1 year
how the fuck you lose the love handles and back fat?
depends on a bunch of factors like genetics and discipline, most likely at least 6 months between those pics, probably closer to a year.
You just have to lose fat all over. I’m cursed with that too and it’s the fucking worst.
by... losing bodyfat?
I’m assuming you’re a complete beginner. It looks like this guy put on all lean mass so you need to bulk up, probably take you 1 year, less if you are comitted to the lifestyle, then the fat by cutting (Maybe consider fasting) which will take a 3-6 months give or take.
A year to a little over a year if you are really commited.
Realistically 3 years if you're in your early 20s and aim for a good routine. Because you'll fail plenty due to life changes/small injuries. But if you go at it planning to take breaks and "lol it's fine I'll fail anyway" then you won't ever make it. Basically you need to give it your best because your best is about 60% of what's needed.
Probably around 4-5 months
Without seeing the weight I would have said anywhere from 6 to 12 months, but he gained 24lbs and is actually leaner.
2-3 years
...
How long would it take with this shitty body, a steady/consistent schedule, and good diet?
1.5 years
5-7 months
>3 years
Lol fuck off this is 1 year easy if you go 3 times per week and eat properly
Savage, but true.
6 months SS+GOMAD. Try bending your back while deadlifting to get rid of love handles.
ITT: Elite athletes with perfect routines and diet
Sweet, looks like the plan of 1.5-2 year bulk and a few months of cut I was thinking of will actually work
The guy is not 6'3, im 6ft 175lbs and look like him on the right
impossible natty for this guy
correct
4-6 months easily.
I'll become a skeleton before my love handles go away since they're the last to go
Isn't that literally what 'cutting' is though?
Who knows maybe growing it back it'll come back different?
Started doing legs only a month ago. Bodyfat is being crushed like never before. It's not a meme boys hit those fucking leg days and you'll make it.
3 months easily
Squatz n oatz
Na I got a similar body with pull ups, squats, planks, wall sits, sit ups and push ups in less than a year. Added weight as I got fitter too
Yes sir ironically people need to take a reality approach to fitness. My buddy has great genetics always has low body fat without trying late 20's but has always taken the gym serious when doing so. His diet is fucking disgusting in the case of how bland it is to get results. I cannot do that but if your average JOE does this you'll get results way better than 6pack abs in 6min routines.
How is it that I'm a spooky skelly with 1 inch and 15 pounds over him?
you have a lot more fat in your legs and ass that you probably dont realize exists
Shit. Should I cut?
What do I need to get in her
Amen, brother.
Consistency, dedication, and slight sacrifice is all it takes. Hell, and if you like most of the food that you're bulking or cutting with, and keep a good mindset, it's not hard to stick with for years
Fasting gets you thinner in under two weeks.
Manlet exposing another manlet. Have a (you), manlet.
>someone saved my picture
Here's me a few months ago after bulking to 207 lbs
>arms literally just got fat
Jesus what routine you doing?
he is 6'3'', try 3 or 4
When I went to the doctor he measured my wingspan at 6'8" so I don't think they'll ever be big
I do PPL or U/L
You inspired me not to bulk
Glad I'm doing my part
This was 4-4.5k calories a day
No h8. I actually started at 6’3 145 too I’m at 175 now. I would be happy at 195 desu
I really wanna be a shithouse at like 210 lean but I fear my genetics and childhood spent in front of computer screens make that a pipe dream. I look decent at 180ish
As a 6'3 bro with a hellishly fast metabolism i found the secret to be eating roughly every couple hours. hovering around 190lbs rn
Quads of truth
I hope you are right, I have pretty much the same height and body and want that transformation.
So how long did it take?
Maybe for someone under 6'. This is 1.5-2 years at that height.
Holy shit are you me?
