Forget the name of this exercise since I’m fucked up. but incline bench with two dumbells, just bench press them while pressing them together. It’s pretty easy to feel it working even if you’re pretty week in that area like I was

By what evolutional magic trick would OP have a hole on the middle center of his pecs when pec muscles fibers are horizontal in that area and fibers contract either completely or not at all ?

I have the same problem, i have pectus excavatum like almost every person here and it seems that for each gram of muscle i gain on my chest, 90% of it goes to the outer part of my pecs.

Not entirely true. Dumbbell incline chest press and chest flys with straight arms can activate this area. It's about the last few inches of the movement and fully contracting the muscle.
