How much water weight can your body really carry?

I was 213 on Monday and now I weigh 204. How is this possible? How many pounds of water can your body actually carry?

At least %70 of your weight is water

I mean excess water weight. Like water retention.

However much you can drink without puking/peeing

fucking fuckloads mate

A ~200lb guy could probably flux 5-10lbs a day based on eating (sodium and shit that causes bloat and water retention) shitting and drinking water or alcohol. Unless you've literally eaten nothing then maybe 1 lb of that difference is actual fat.

I used to sweat an easy 8 lbs/practice as a high school wrestler cutting to 160. Early in the week anyway (probably like 177 to 169 on a Monday).

As a college 197lber more like 11-12lbs per practice.

You're talking about an 8 lb fluctuation on a 200+ lb frame. That's 4% over a week. That's nothing.

You should be weighing daily and watching the trend anyway. It smooths out shit like this.

Also take measurements because they can be moving even if the scale isn't.

So how much can a weekend of eating a lot of extra salt, things like China Buffet and french fries and shit, affect water weight?

Weighing daily and always at the same time.

I like to do it first thing in the morning

Down to 185 from 200, 15 more to go boys wish me luck

goddamn i wish she did hardcore

also, one night of drinking can swing me from 195 to 205 easily, and one day after fasting and running in the morning i dropped 9lbs from the night prior, probably could do more. that’s 5% five or take of my bw

I'm "195lbs" and over the last weekend of massive binging, I went from 189 on like Thursday night to 201 Sunday morning.

Division 1?

Your body is mostly water.

Well I just drank 2 liters of water so I know it's at least 4 pounds

It helps to lose weight of you're running at near the transonic zone, which is really your maximum effective range of weight loss.

>she

Fuck off tripfag

I used to cut 17 lbs in 24 hours to make weight. I know a guy that did 26 lbs in 36 hours. 8 lbs in 2 hours is pretty casual.

Your weight change is nothing. 5 lbs is a big shit and a liter of water.

weigh yourself first thing after shitting in the morning for most accurate measurement

If you weigh 200, 140 pounds of it is water. That's 17 gallons worth of water.

I drink 1.5 litres of water duting the workout and weight the same by the end of it (also have some sweat on my clothes) without going to pee so basically exhale most of it.

Do you enema? It might seem like a lot of water going in, but the flush out is much heavier

anyone here got an tips to regulate yourself so that you can shit right when you wake up?

Drink loads of water as soon as you wake up

coffee

but then my weight would be -shit but +whatever I just drank

Smoke a cig lol, works for me.

Yeah, didn't start and quit after 2 years tho

does it really matter if you're being consistent?

then whats the point of waiting until you poop before you weigh yourself?

>maximum effective range of weight loss
why do you even post?
