Na 195 is fat even for a 6'3 since obviously you have very little muscle mass. Just cut and try to make whatever meager noob gains you can make in the meantime. If your only doing 50lb pulldowns don't even waste your time with that shit, just focus on heavy compound movements and increasing your overall strength base.

is it your first day or something. you can just fuck around in the gym at this stage and all your lifts will double without even thinking about it. just keep lifting.

I'll try but the machines all go in increments of 10lbs. I have a feeling I'll progress on the free weight exercises (squats, deads, bench, etc) a lot easier.

You'll be good just don't get discouraged whatever you do.

I have an idea.
Try hanging from the bar. And just stay there. Don’t do anything except hanging for as long as you can and repeat. Eventually you will build up strength enough to be able to hold your pose from the top of the bar. Do that and lower yourself slowly. Keep jumping to the top of the bar and lowering yourself slowly for lots of reps until you get really good at it.

You’ll be surprised at how quickly you’re able to do pull-ups.
