My daily stack usually
25mg zinc (too much and i get stomach upset) take with food.
B6
Vit E 800iu = anti estrogen.
vit b6 = anti other kind of estrogen. Also makes it impossible not to fap that same day so i notice some huge test surge.
4mg Nicotine gum = anti estrogen.
Vit C 3g = anti cortisol, if i workout too long.
Sometimes 5g creatine if I want to spike my DHT, but not longer than 2 days because of hairloss, inflammation, and clogged pores/terrible gymcel skin.
Retin A .10g every 3 days = regrow lost collagen from high T/DHT. Causes depression for some reason.

Beta caroteine 200,000 IU a day (for the days im going out or have a date, changes skin tone to a healthier yellow glow. Also improves eye whites. Combine with the tomato caratenoid and asthanxin to produce a more red/orange glow. Also berries do a similar affect.
MSM 4g + vitC 1g = I notice more skin flaking

Also if my diet gives me bloating, i take like 5g garlic or apple cider vinegar to kill all the gut bacteria. Then wait awhile and take probiotics. I also sometimes take mk677 which is a sarm that highers growth hormone (more muscle mass, lower bodyfat, and increased skin glow/healthier skin, however this also increases cortisol like crazy and might even have some brain damage. Not necessary unless you have trouble with appetite and getting your calories.
