After years of never eating sugar, eating only oat meal, tuna, bread, etc, I lost all my appetite, and have no desire to eat anything outside lunch and dinner, it's depressing.

If I weigh 69kg (152 lbs).
Is it possible for me to maintain my bw and a relatively low fat%, while eating sugar occasionally (basically only 2 bowls of golden grahams a day and shit).

And yes, I'm a manlet (170cm / 5'6)

i'm 150lbs and 5'5 and i'm about 20 something percent bf, i'm curious how you look with your low bf% at that weight

Alright, I've posted here before, give me a sec.

Unless you aren't American, most bread has sugar.

Yes, maintaining weight is all about counting calories. Depending on how much extra calories with sugar you consume, you would up your cardio.

Hmm, alright.
I'm just so fucking tired of eating the same old shit outside lunch and dinner.

Try adding bananas to your oatmeal or cinammom sugar.
Also more fruits.

Cool.
So, I see you don't recommend the sugar thing?
I've also tried eating pasta in the afternoon, chickpea, beans, I got tired of everything.

>15% BF

Keto and fasting fags think that if they aren’t hungry, they must be getting all the nutrition they need.
In reality, their bodies are pumping cortisol and adrenaline out to help them stave off hunger until they feast on sugar again.
Don’t need to explain long term effects of high stress on the body.
OP, up your metabolic weight by eating fruit/drinking druit juices throughout the day. Cut bread and most fats.
Constant sugar high energy is how humans naturally thrived.

that seems quite correct friend

Sounds like a bit more work but ok.

>Constant sugar high energy is how humans naturally thrived.
yeah when food was scarce and their bodies were constantly in starvation mode

nowadays try that shit and you'll get diabetes

eating doesnt have to be something you want to do, just do it

OOF

eat less or move more
it's simple

if you move more you can eat more

You eat to live. If you don't want to eat, you don't want to live. Just shed you're mortal coil.

bananas are like a dollar per kilo

Is bonedaddy finally caling us?

You sound like you have a really high metabolism, I'm the same. You could manage that amount of sugar and see no difference.
