After years of never eating sugar, eating only oat meal, tuna, bread, etc, I lost all my appetite, and have no desire to eat anything outside lunch and dinner, it's depressing.
If I weigh 69kg (152 lbs). Is it possible for me to maintain my bw and a relatively low fat%, while eating sugar occasionally (basically only 2 bowls of golden grahams a day and shit).
Keto and fasting fags think that if they aren’t hungry, they must be getting all the nutrition they need. In reality, their bodies are pumping cortisol and adrenaline out to help them stave off hunger until they feast on sugar again. Don’t need to explain long term effects of high stress on the body. OP, up your metabolic weight by eating fruit/drinking druit juices throughout the day. Cut bread and most fats. Constant sugar high energy is how humans naturally thrived.
