How do you explain this mentality? If you truly enjoy our muscle culture you should be lifting everyday, full body! no exceptions. [unless you're concentrating on a competition]

I generally do 3x a day but I will do 6x every so often if I want to break through a plateau

started lifting at 15 didn't touch anything until I was 22. But only because I wanted to compete with my friends in local shows, once they started testosterone they outgrew me, so I had to keep up so I joined them.
