I can strict press 80kg, or 0.92x BW. HSPUs are piss easy.
I did mean not assisted by a wall but that is a good press. I do not have shit OHP form, I'm just weak AF everywhere else so a 65kg OHP looks large on symmetric strength

I won't post a pic but I'll tell you this I am pretty fat but after I cut I'll look pretty good I did 5x5 then 20 rep squat for like 7 weeks then texas method. I've been training for ~2.2 years and I am 18. I highly recommend 5x5 as a beginner program and tm as an intermediate I have had great success with both.

No I don’t use bars I always train with dumbbells. Last time I did bench press was 70 lbs per hand 140 lbs total. I don’t care about how much can I lift I just care about how I look

What mode am I?
If you're getting proper depth on your squat, that's all that matters at this point. Most of these 1/4 squat guys probably can't get to depth, so ignore what's on the bar.
My weakest is the ohp which sucks because my goal is wider shoulders.
I train it 2x a week with chest but my chest is pretty good and strong tight. Is it wise to start doing lateral raises on my pull days too? That's 4 sets of lateral raises every 24hrs? I already do Facepulls 4x/week same thing
