Bump. I need help on this too. I used to be a fatass. When I lost weight, my face got way more wrinkles, especially the creases from side of my nose to my mouth got way deeper. I can't really fill them up with muscles like you would with flabby arms or something. Any advice?

Neck works best with higher rep range. Just do linear progression with 4x25 and then you can mess with the higher rep sets when you can do 90-135 lbs for 4x25.
Yes, a neck harness is much more convient. Past 1 plate, it gets annoying holding the plates. Remember to breath and don't cheat real hard with abs or back.
As for jaw, neck work itself will work the face muscles. It's mainly bf% for the lean look. But you can still work it. Just do regular neck training at first. Then you can add band twists with the band on your mouth. This would mainly work your side neck but it is direct jaw/mouth region work. I gotten more defined by doing that.
If you still think you need more, you might as well bite the bullet and get a jawerzise from the ads a while back. It's a resistence ball gag. Just get to real high volume like working up to 3x50 or 2x100.

Do not clench your teeth and fuck your jaw. Teeth should be lightly touching at most.
there are two sets of muscles in face. outer and inner. inner is supported by your tongue being on the roof of mouth. this causes forward growth aka more attractive face. the outer is hypertrophied by clenched jaw aka more attractive masculine face.

Not really fond of having my face on the internet, I don't even have social media. You could try it and see for yourself, it's not like it takes any effort. It's not a miracle worker, but there are definitely gains to be had if you just take it as a habit
