Quick legs.

Boxing. Simple, easy to learn, easy to train. Other than that, anything that will teach you to gain control on the ground (any wrestling, bjj, shit like that) It ain't pretty but most fights come down to punching em real good, or getting on top of them and punching them real good. It can be hard to think straight in a fight, especially if you're drunk, so it's best to stick to a simple fighting style.

Dirty fighting throwing rocks, going for the eyes, bitting and this

mma obviously but other than that I would say muay thai, this will make your body rock solid and its not only striking, you'll learn how to wrestle in the clinch and throw people on the ground like its nothing

mma is probably useful but in the streets my first choice would be to avoid a fight at all and just shoot them. street fight = surprise attack first, dont expect to get the opportunity to fist fight a stranger, strike first and strike overwhelmingly

Boxing is the simplest to learn. If you want to go the long road, muay thai is the 'best' striking martial art once you're properly conditioned, but a combination of muay thai + bjj will make you near untouchable against the average person.

itt: people who never fight

surround yourself with real men, not boys who fight.

Nigga where do you live?
If you aint living in detroit you dont have to be afraid of anything
If you live in a shithole ghetto or in sweden you might have already learned some self defence shit
You just overreact something nobody is going to fuck you up in the streets only if you give them a chance like you go out in the middle of the night, go into alleyways, or just doing stupid shit in general

Boxing and add some BJJ or wrestling.
lot of sparring so you stay as calm as possible when in a real life situation, that's the key. panic and not being used to violence is what gets you. I saw so many people just freeze when shit goes down, like those animals that play dead. And that's when you get humiliated and hurt the most.

Unarmed fights usually occur in 3 phases with overlap in between.

1. Standing (striking)

2. Takedown (trying to take attacker to ground or you trying to stay standing up.

3. Ground (grappling for a submission, striking on ground, or regaining a standing position)

Fights can vacillate between these three phases. MMA is always preferable since its the goal of achieving a level of competence in all three instead of specialization in just one. For example..

>achieve specialization in striking (ex. boxing, muay thai)
>can't defend the takedown and lost on the ground.

>specialize only in submissions
>can't defend against strikes or the takedown

If you had to specialize in just one aspect of the three phases I think takedown is the most important.

>can defend against strikes with knowledge of range to shoot in.
>can defend against the takedown of submission fighters by keeping off the ground.

But why not train all three because it's fun as fuck to strike, takedown, and grapple.

If you're attacked by white ppl, Claim you're unironically a faggot. Then they'll be too scared to attack an opressed minority. If else, boxing is prolly best bet

Not living in a shitty city / country, and generally being above the age of 25

>going for the eyes, bitting
which will do jack shit if the opponent is more experienced and can get a dominant position

Fight dirty, you’re not in the octagon after all.

This and nothing else

Krav Maga. I know it's a military fight style but it teaches you how to make use of your environment and you can basically use any dirty advantage you have. It works better if you have some sturdy object on you.

are you an actual caveman

Sprinting away, really, realy fast.

BANG

Muay Thai. More versatile than just boxing as you can do more and still box, and if you train it often and long enough you'll have more endurance than anyone who isn't trained in a martial art.

Some guy bumps into you at the bar, spilling your drink and doesn't profusely apologize. You go outside, you fight.
Go to reddit emasculated pussy, and never ever post here again.

>implying anyone here goes out to party

Krav Maga is pretty gud if you don't mind fighting dirty. Just make sure you pick the right trainers

MMA has everything. As long as a boxer doesn't spin your gay jaw before you're ready
