Been working out off and on for like 1.5 years. Been actually lifting consistently for the past three months now. Running SS, started off not being able to bench the bar.

What program are you doing user?
I'm doing StrongLifts 5x5 with extra arm day.
Yesterday I felt real resistance doing Overhead Press @ 30kg. Shit was hard, I think I'm going to switch to +1kg every session for OHP because I don't want to plateau so early.

I can't increase my OHP god damn

These are my 1rm according to symmetric strength, they seem quite high desu i normally pull about 310 for reps 360 just looks insane to me.

Took 2 months off and am almost back to where I was, any tips for how to improve chest, I've never been able to improve much

Perhaps try dumbbell bench press until you're comfortable pushing around 30kg DBs with ease, and do weighted dips and more weighted dips in the meantime.
I found that for strength, DB was better than BB for strength and chest growth, but I ironically still train BB most cos muh ego

I hate deadlifts. The only reason why I can even hit 350 is because I used to do a LOT of cleans and power cleans but would always skip deadlifts and as a result I got shitty form and I'm scared to do them because I don't like that pressure on my back. Gets me mad because it's the only lift keeping me from 1/2/3/4 but am gonna try maxing out soon hoping to hit atleast 380-390 it will be my first time maxing out on them
