Do not take the instant GOMAD route. Start with a quarter, increment the volume over several weeks. Your gut has to adapt.

Did you expect anything different by drinking a gallon of fucking fat a day? A gallon of fiber won't fix your situation till you stop drinking milk.

Yeah the first days were 2L of milk and it did the same thing. I don't only drink milk, I also eat my regular macro. What fucking sucks is drinking 4 scoops of whey a day did the same thing. I'm running out of options guys, it seems I simply cannot get out of Auschwitz mode...

So to answer my initial question, do I retain the nutriments ?

Yes but getting all the protein (120g) is harder than I thought without any supplements. I've been really trying to overeat over the last few years and never has my weight really changed. I've been stuck at 5'11 140lbs for almost all my life. I'm starting to think its my genetics since my mother family is all thin as hell and my father family is the king of weight consistency. My father told me he never understood how the fuck he could ate whatever the fuck he wanted all his life and never budge from 170 lbs.

It just fucking sucks I'm so tired of this shit. I excel in everything in life except for this. Shouldn't be that hard when I'm trying this hard, something is wrong. I can nail 2500 cal a day but the protein won't stay in it seems. Yeah I know, le bad genetics hardgainer meme again.

How is it hard to get 120g protein?

120g of protein in 400g of chicken breast. You could eat that in one meal.

I am cutting, but I'll post yesterday.

Could have easily nailed down a 500+cal lunch because I was starving by the time dinner rolled around and that is without fucking around with late night meals like I would in an ideal world.

Try protein smoothies? I have never needed to resort to any kind of fuckery to reach my calories, honestly I have to fuck around in order to come in below them.

Not that user, but here's what I ate yesterday:

Cooked liver with apples and onions 700 cal, 75g protein
Protein shake 300 cal, 30g protein
4 slices of protein bread with 200g hand cheese and a sliced onion 700 cal, 100g protein
2 bananas 200 cal
100g peanut butter 660 cal, 25g protein
Various vegetables 100 cal
Cookies 500 cal

Oh and I ate all of that in one meal. My advice is to start stretching your stomach and simply eat more.

Just drink a pint of double cream a day!

You can't digest milk.

They must be injected with water or something. Chicken is 20+ grams.

Yeah, do you say fried or cooked? You cut the liver into the right size, put it in milk overnight if you're feeling fancy, then cover it in flour. Chop an onion, garlic and dice an apple. Put butter into a pan, throw the onion, garlic and apple in and then the liver. Turn it once and don't fry it too long if you want it still pink inside. Bloody delicious and nutritious.

Forgot to add, season the liver with salt and pepper from both sides before the flour.

Both I guess. Fried is usually a pan, but cooked can mean other methods too, like in an oven. You're talking pork liver, right? Because that's what's most available here (frozen). I think I've seen chicken in one store.

Like I stated before, your gut requires time to adapt. Start with a quarter gallon / 1 liter, keep this until your shit stays solid. If it stays liquid even with this amount, increase the amount of solid food or consider the the possibility of some kind of intolerance.

I prefer chicken, personally. And try to buy organic, I can't stress this enough. The liver is a detoxifying organ. My dad always gets rashes when he eats liver from the supermarket. It's cheaper than regular meat or beef anyway, so organic liver isn't expensive either.

Or, add Cheese to your diet until you're capable of shitting only once a week, a painful, pitch-black hardened mass compressed to neutron star properties. It's got tons of valuable casein protein and saturated fats in it.

My shits are as hard as always when on Gomad.
The only problem I had once was that It was very late and I haven't hit 4k calories yet so I had to drink almost 1l of milk at once. Almost puked desu.
