>doesn't use butter or a tiny amount of olive oil to grease the pan

3

It matters not how many eggs you eat. What matters is that you eat ALL the eggs you have.

5 in the morning mixed with fries and oats sprinkled on top.

6 to 8

10 every night

3 jumbo eggs made into a cheddar/jalapeño omelette with 2 slices extra thick bacon for breakfast. That’s the minimum I eat each day. Sometimes I’ll do an omelette for lunch with cream cheese and crushed walnuts on the side.

1-2 regularly

i eat 2 hard boiled eggs at lunch and my coworkers make fun of me for it

6, because I have an egg cooker and I make two batches of poached eggs too eat.

Just soak the pan in water and a generous amount of baking soda while you eat the eggs. When you return the pan will be super easy to clean

I try to get 12 in a day - 4 for breakfast, 3 at lunch, 2 boiled eggs throughout the day and i try to get 3 in at dinner with other food

What's there to make fun of?

6 but considering I have my own backyard chickens, planning on upping it to a dozen.

Just two for breakfast
Oil the pan, let it heat up about half the temp you want it at then up it to the temp you want and let it heat up again. If you put the eggs in too soon they gonna stick, man
This is coming from a guy who spends like a minute to clean a stainless steel pan
