Fasting reduces insulin, insulin holds water. Your glycogen refill caused water retention. Consume more protein and very few carbs while doing IF and your 6 pack will show again.

PS: you need waaaaay less carbs for a workout than you think.

also, see if you can increase your lifts while staying keto, it will help maintain low BF. You may just need more adaptation for skeletal muscle to burn ketones more efficiently.

How is fasting with Snake Juice retarded?

Adaptation can take upwards of 2 months for skeletal muscle, alternatively take perhaps 50g or so of glucose bearing foods rather than a larger meal?
water + sodium chloride + potassium chloride
typically 2L water, 1/2ts NaCl, 1tsp KCl.
Try not to consume more than 4tsp KCl in a 24 hr period.

I’m going to get my bench back to what it was before, go on a 3 day fast and restart with that. I was doing strict Leto (less than 20g carbs). I’ll try upping it and do a redo, thank you

for what it's worth I'm doing keto and experienced a rapid weight loss of 8kg in a week, from 90 to 82, then i've gone back up to 84-85. Eating 2000kcal, which is a 1000kcal deficit. being full autistic and monitoring my heart rate when doing exercise too.
I actually feel pretty good on the keto, been 10 days.
