Best Vitamin Supplements?

I detest vegetables, I cannot stand them but I need their nutrients, is there anything I can buy that will give me everything I need each day?

Are vitamins supplements a normie meme or are they actually beneficial? I eat my veggies, and I take vitamins in the morning.
Namely: general multivitamin, b6, b12, and d3
really I feel no different when I'm taking them, and my bullshit-o-meter is ringing every time I take them.

No, I bloody hate their texture and smell same with sweets, chocolate etc. they are horrible but at least I can ignore the unhealthy stuff, I cannot ignore vegetables but I hate them.

Not everything has to be delicious and taste like candy. Just fucking eat it.

B12, Iron, Calcium, Fish Oil, Magnesium, Zinc, D are worth supplementing.

Take what youre deficient in, preferably do a blood test.

I already go to the gym 5x per week. I know not everything has to be delicious but I cannot stomach this shit, like I said I also can't stomach shit like sweets, chocolate, deep fried shit etc. I mainly eat meat, low carb fruit and wholewheat bread with butter and jams or sandwhiches.

Any good multivitamins from the UK?

just sneak them into stuff you eat, like put a bit of spinach with your rice, or have some broccoli with cheese

if ur diet is healthy probably not, but they are cheap(ish) and dont have any adverse effects since (with the water soluble vitamins anyway) any excess will get discarded by the body so it makes sense to take them to cover any potential deficiencies u could have

You have to eat them I hate tomatoes but i eat about a handful a day of cherry ones. and every other veggies honestly purple cabbage has such a nice complex flavor that you can take the outer leaves off and bite right in.

Grow the fuck up. You'll fucking die sooner if you don't eat vegetables. And it won't be a quick death because your body will fucking hate you for treating it like this.

Just eat some broccoli with parmesan cheese on it, you can barely tell its broccoli. Eat some Ceasar salad. Put as much garbage on the vegetables as you need to until you realize that vegetables don't actually taste that bad.

It isn't taste moron it is texture and smell, what can I do to change those? Do I still have a chance to turn this around despite being 25?
