>start listening to this guy >start paying attention to the foods I eat >drop foods that bloat me/cause indigestion, which includes milk (usually had 3 cups a day) >lifts go up, work capacity increased, stronger
is this placebo or what? If im getting these results I might even start doing his steak and rice meme diet
God I'm so glad I got the full Aryan gene set. I handle milk so well it's my primary food. It's not just something I enjoy, I LOVE milk, it is my very life-blood, it is as if it came from my own mother. Without it any meal would feel...thin, like there's nothing holding it together. Solid foods are so many supplements to milk.
The good stuff's on sale right now. I'm walking to the grocery store and getting some motherfucking milk. Seeya later milklet faggots, you'll never know how good life can be

Who woulda thunk avoiding foods your body doesn't agree with would help... gee OP its like you're some kind of retard or something. Also vertical diet is not a meme diet you fucking retard, its a comprehensive diet plan that focuses on micronutrients while hitting your macros. Its not revolutionary shit, its not a magic diet, and its not a meme its literally just a balanced diet
One of the biggest benefits of having a simple regimented diet, is the ability to monitor your heath and pick up on slight changes when you deviate from your normal diet.
Call it broscience, but all the biggest and strongest guys all stress that digestion is paramount. If you're not absorbing the nutrients, you're just shitting it out.

inflammation/bloating is a bad state for your body. And cutting out foods that irritate your body is getting to the root of the problem. Idk who this guy is or what type of memes he's peddling, but if your gut is telling you something is fishy, it's probably for a good reason

What difference does it make? Milk is nutritious. It has vitamins and fats and some sugars. I have a feeling raw fresh milk has its own benefits too.
