God I'm so glad I got the full Aryan gene set. I handle milk so well it's my primary food. It's not just something I enjoy, I LOVE milk, it is my very life-blood, it is as if it came from my own mother. Without it any meal would feel...thin, like there's nothing holding it together. Solid foods are so many supplements to milk.

What difference does it make? Milk is nutritious. It has vitamins and fats and some sugars. I have a feeling raw fresh milk has its own benefits too.
