its very easy dude.
boil some lentils and cook some oats.
the ratio should be around 70% lentils and 30% oats.
You can also overcook the lentils, makes it easier to mash.
Use a potato stamper to mash the lentils into a puree, same goes for the oats.
Mix both together, throw in some very small chopped onions and spices you like
I use paprika, garlic, some chicken flavor mix shit you can find everywhere, pepper and iodized salt.
Bake it for 30min.
