yeah been finding this out lately
is anabolicsfast.lt legit? trying to start first cycle
lmao I had a 70kg OHP at 17 after lifting for two years. Stop being weak.
No, you didn't.
Poor bait
I've been lifting 3.5 years natty and did 60kg for sets of 10 yesterday.
what the fugg my OHP 1rm is 170lbs after 7 months lifting
boys its fine. just tell me where i can get juiced.
bro your mindset fucking sucks. for real. I am 175lb at 5 11 and get 135 up for 3 reps. quit being a bitch
>inb4 if he lifts more than me he roids
>inb4 chad
>inb4 Jow Forums's typical excuses
quit being a fag and go lift
If you can do a hand stand pressup you can OHP 50kg+. Stop complaining and start training.
he took the bait
This is a joke, right? I got to lmao1plate OHP 5RM after like 6-7 months of starting strength
Rotflstomped
>i literally lift 140lbs OHP regularly and have never touched Gear and I look dyel
Nice try manlet.
You guys must be super hulks judging by your numbers. Why do I never see you guys in my uni gym? Barely anyone in my gym can ohp a plate
Yeah I OHP 185lb fucking retard and I don't run cycles
You must be a manlet or a bitch. My 1rm strict OHP is 75kg and I can rep 1 plate 5x3. Working up to 5x5 currently
When I was in school only me and one other guy could ohp 1 plate strict. You don't see it because it's not that common. I can count on two hands the amount of people Ive seen doing ohp in person in the last 4-5 years
>give yourself without counting or calculating
>unironically "don't think about, it just do it"
Enjoy your impulsiveness, please. Obviously, according to the principles within, you inherently cannot be convinced otherwise; at least have fun with it.
bro, you dont get it, you can hop on roids AFTER you hit some real numbers, not BEFORE
1pl8 ohp is easily achievable for anyone, who isn't paraplegic and has both arms
It's because you are a bunch of fucking basedboys and the people who can go hard with 1 plate OHP are real HI TEST men.
I just started training again, and did 30kg 3 sets of 5, with correct form (watched some video's to make sure). I doubt 50kg is not within my reach in 6 months from now.
nigga lmao y'all weak as shit 1pl8 ohp? lmao nigga wat i been doin 5pl8 ohp after 1 month of lifting nigga damn y'all weak af bruh
I bet it was push press
Based&redpilled
Everyone else claiming 1pl8 OHP is under 180cm
>50kg+ without roids
>literally doing 130lbs OHP right now in my homegym
cmon OP
>mfw i OHP 1pl8 at 5'11 160@15% bf with long ass arms while dropping all the way to the bottom of the ROM, minimal leaning, and 0 hip movement
>mfw I witnessed a bloatlord OHP 2.5 pl8 yesterday and felt emasculated
What did he mean by this?
Got you boys good huh?
I've been lifting for 7 months and can OHP 67.5kg.
OP is a retard but more importantly, is my progress ok? How does it compare to yours at that stage?
64kg ohp, 1 year lifting, 5'8" 68kg
>be me
>be 20
>be 160lb
>be OHP 135lb for reps
Clearly the problem is that OP is a yuropoor faggot who uses kg instead of based chad lbs
After I had a non-lifting related hernia, I was back at a 80kg OHP withing 3 months
Full body tension
Squeeze that bar like you're murdering someone
Remember you should be able to unrack & hold well over your 1rm without crumbling to the floor
Also, strengthen your grip - not a little, but like your life will depend on it. It's the easiest way to make all your lifts go up besides learning to generate full body tension
Guys in their 40s to 60s can easily do 185 if they can bench 275, and train the lift.
If you do shit like your limbs are foam pool noodles, they'll look like foam pool noodles and hold about as much weight
Solid.
5 months here. I plateaued at 120lbx5 a few weeks ago then deloaded. I've been doing 3x8 and can now rep out 110lbx8 easy. OHP is so much easier then every other lift for me, but I don't even have great delts.
Manlets would actually have an easier time OHPressing because smaller ROM.
>70kg OHP
>two years
oh wow you're sooo strong
Damn you have really low standards
I can do lmao1pl8 for sets of 8-12. People at my local gym look at me like I'm some freak, but I'm not even that big.
I am also 6'0" and 205 lbs, if that helps.
Only a few months lifting naturally and my OHP is at 115 pounds for five reps. Completely strict.
That's 52 kg so you're literally wrong.
>6'1
>190lbs
I'm not even big lmao. I bet uni gyms are full of dyels
They really are though. Student rec centers are full of meme and ego lifters, and maybe the occasional dude/woman who lifts impressive numbers.
Athletes have their own gym and strength training regimen, so 90% of the genetic freaks aren't even at the normal uni gym
5'10"
185lbs
205lb (93kg) OHP 8sets x6reps
its not hard but it takes a long time of consistency. Anyone that wants to go from 43kg (90lb) OHP to higher levels needs to follow a high volume routine with consistency and mastery. If you cant complete all 8 sets then each shoulder day keep going, going, going until that one day you can easily do 8 sets easy peasy. Then bump it up 10lbs and start the mastery process all over again. This is my subjective lift plan, but damnit lads its worked for all of my lifts.
I'm no super hulk by any means, more like a nugget really. 5'5", 150lb, ~16% bodyfat I think, and can rep my body weight OHP for 5 sets of 5. Helps that I've got a short ROM. I don't know what it's like at your gym, but at mine, it's literally just me and some 52 year old dude that OHP with strict form. All the other dudes might do some higher rep dumbbell work or half-rep OHP with a curl-bar.
Also I'm pretty sure OP is bait, or just retarded
Counting the bar?
btw took me about 2 years to go from 8 sets at 90lbs to 8 sets 205lbs, eat well, rest, and dont settle for short term meme lift plans, do dat high volume and mastery. Even if you start at just the bar, mastery, consistency will be better in the long run than "oooga booga I can do 4 reps at "inconsistent weight range with shit form". long term goals over short term garbage
OP is a definite manlet/bitch. the problem for you is that with shit stats like those, so are you.
>6'2"
>185lbs at ~12% BF
>Can OHP 135 for sets of 7
You guys are just pathetically weak lmao. I don't even lift for strength anymore
This is an obvious meme lifting aylmao 1pl8 is a Jow Forums benchmark
Is it?
I hit 60kg OHP for 5x5 in first 6 months.
7 years later I'm still working on 100kg
>larping this hard
Not even. You're literally just a dyel with shit genetics
Dumbass cuck, I can do 1plate for 5 after 7 months of training. Train the fucking movement consistently.
not him but 70kg ohp at 17 isnt all that bad tbqh
How consistently
t. roidcel
Did 3 sets of 10 reps at 65kg last night. Not even close to needing to roid. Maybe stop being such a weak bitch
If you can't press the bar seated, your "standing press" doesn't actually count.
I've OHP 60kg for reps after a couple of years and I'm weak as fuck. Shoulders have always been my weak point. Push press 100kg without roids is what you mean.
>looking like you can OHP 50kg+ without roids
Fixed
redpilled post
Based Evola
>tfw uni gym is also basically a powerlifting and weightlifting gym
>several people literally lift x/3/4/5 or more
Needless to say I got tired of getting mogged every time I went and don't work out there anymore
What? Dumbshit. I've been lifting 5 months and i'm at 120 lbs and i've always been a scrawny weakling.
Don't make your shitty limitations the human race's. God damn millennials are retarded.
Haha u frustrated virgins my OHP was 2plates after one mesocycle of p90x
64 replies, are you happy now user?
not true i had 5 kg ohp when i was 4 therefore i had 20 when i was 20 therefore i will have 80 when i am 80
My gf OHPs 45kg after one year of lifting, what kind of weak ass bait is this OP?
My OHP is 60kg x 3 and bench is 80kg x 3
54 years old, 6ft, 15% bf, 86kg
1 rep max OHP is 75kg.
10 rep max is 60kg.
Training for handstand push-up.
Uni gyms are full of tiny people. No one has money to bulk. Unis are full of tiny girls, who thinks they're hot shit but they look indiscernible from high schoolers 90%of the time- if you actually go out in the world and meet people.
>15kg difference in your 1 rep max and 10 rep
With that weight....The fuck?
I think I've seen a dude ohp once in my gym, people really dont do that lift
after 5 months of lifting i can ohp 50kgs. try not being a dyle manlet, thats what solved it for me
I can OHP 40kg right now and I'm a NEET who rarely leaves the house.
I honestly think Jow Forums is just full of larpers, i've been going to multiple gyms and very rarely do i see people lifting ohp, most can't even bench 1plate.
do you mean 5 plates per side? wow. Im only at 2.5 plates myself (counting bar). Yes, weak i know.
>that boomer who tries to appear educated by throwing around words like ‘indiscernible’
same here, but i think people are impressed because i'm only 5'7, kek
No
t. Fatty
100kg ohp after 15 years of tomfuckery and 1 cycle 8 years ago. Am I making it?
Doing jefferson deadlifts
Enjoy your test levels when the global collapse comes and you no longer have a way of pinning
i have 40kg OHP after lifting for 2 months...what happens after 50? your shoulders collapse?
Your elbows explode
shoulderlet
This
What do I change if I keep feeling cracks/pops in my elbows when I do military press
Or maybe people that don't put in the effort to recieve real results are less likely to talk about their stats, and the fact that anybody on fit has way better chances than normalfags because of the vast amount of good knowledge.
I bench 180x5 in 5 months and I think these bro lifters are soon gonna think I'm on gear if they don't already. They give me weird looks, but were nicer when I started lifting. Their routine is laughable.
>They can do 185 if they can bench 275
Not true at all, honestly. I was probably the second strongest overhead presser at my gym with a 190lb OHP, but only a 295 bench. There were multiple people benching 315+, all in their 30's/40's with one in his mid 20's, and they all had a comparatively trash OHP. Sub 175 for sure
A strong presser can usually bench a lot too, but it's not the case the other way around. Oly lifters being a prime example
>43kg (90lb)
>54 years old
Holy kek, what did you forget here, boomer?
GUYS I NEED HELP i started the 5x5 a few weeks ago and my problem now is when i hit 48kg (105 lbs) on OHP i can`t do 5 reps. should i do mroe sets or increase/decrease the weight for that exercise
fuck the thing i was looking for thanks. didnt know there was a site this specific out there
shitty genetics lol
i've been lifting for a year now, just hit a 75kg 5x5
