I'm home gym so I just use bands. high reps and bigger bands or take a few steps back for more resistance

that's not even a machine. you just need a rope and just attach it at the lat pd machine OR attach it where you do your pushdowns

pretty sure the staff would kick me out if try to DIY something.

?? that doesn't make any sense. it's a common exercise.people do it all the time on my gym and i go to one with bunch of normies.

Pull rock to face.

You can do the same thing with trx style straps and bodyweight

go to a better gym

Rear delt flies. The fact that this wasnt the first answer is bewildering

No one here lifts

A-ALTERNATIVE!? ARE YOU FUCKING TRYING TO NEGOTIATE?

Alternatives to pull up are even harder to find than alternative to deadlift.

I'm /homegym/ so I don't have access to cables. I just use some shitty resistance bands and do band pullaparts the way Jeff Cavaliere Athlean X Dot Com says to do them. supine grip, thumbs pointing out start with arms raised up above you and then pull apart the band bringing the middle of the band to your chest.

Alternatively you could lay face-down on a bench and raise up some plates or DBs in a similar fashion to doing a face-pull

Face pulls are (NON NEGOTIABLE)

>doesn't realize he's on a vietnamese ricefarming board with people that think they lift

never gonna make it

What kind of stance am I supposed to have here? These things throw me off balance even at low weight, like 10lbs

Example of form at 2:40, superset with pulldown, great video overall too.

Find a new gym

Gee thanks Jeff!

use a TXR rig or the smith machine

what gym doesnt have a high hanging cable to pull from?
if you don't have a rope you can put 2 stirrup handles on 1 clip
you can use a band around a post
you could use a chain on a cable

So many people do them at the lat pulls because they like the leg lock for when they pull heavy. You’ll be ok kid. Also rear delt flyes on the cables is good for isolation if you don’t wanna do face pulls.

buy a rubber band and do band pull apart.

There is no way you dont have a high pulley. Buy light bands btw, they work well for warmup/metabolite work. Dbs and bbs work for face pulls as well, you either do it like a bent over row just pull the weight higher, or lying on a bench. I cant believe you cant figure thia out on your own. And do you really fear from getting kicked out of a gym that doesnt have a proper cable machine? What will you lose? This have to be bait

or just put a rope on the seated row...

Do them with bands, they're better that way anyhow

Use a pair of dumbbells and lie down on a bench with a small incline.

W raises. Basically the a face pull with dumbells(supinated). Just make sure to position your back as if you were doing a bent over row.

Different muscle group.

No its not

Band pull-apart with palms facing you. Start with your arms above you, palms facing backward, shoulder blades squeezed together, then pull down and out with your arms straight until the band is on your chest, still with shoulder blades tight together.

So them slowly, focus on keeping the shoulder blades back and together throughout the whole movement.

This

If I already do bench and The Press every workout is delt isolation a bad idea?

the lightest barbell at my gym is 20kg, and theres only one, so could i do it with a 20kg on one side and 25kg on the other side?

don't even bother with that shit
this is the real deal

nigga what the fuck are you talking about

i would do lateral and rear delt isolation but front delts should be fine enough from pressing

Can't you just do them bent over with a barbell? Like a row but pulling to your face instead of your abdomen.

Nigger,are you high??

Front delt isolation is a bad idea, lateral and posterior delt isolation is a good idea.

Nigga, tf is you on about?

>without the machine
