>be me >fat fuck, on ss so i can get stronger >really want to get strong >follow the program very well, no cardio so im an even fatter fuck now >2nd year at uni starts soon, probably wont get any chicks
>meet bro >bro is a friend of my dad, young guy >bro is almost a chad, cool guy >he doesnt believe ss, especially the no cardio part >says he doesnt mind going to the gym with me >tells me he can get my 235 squat up to 315 in under a month and a half >good guy bro even teaches me more about lifting
what do i do? do i stick to ss or go with bro? my only goal is to get strong but having bro teach me AND being able to do cardio while getting strong sounds like a good deal
>nice guys >might acutally pawn off some pussy on you because women are annonying lol >get gains >networking >good looking people ultimately also know other good looking people
guess im definitely going with chad then. thanks brahs
will i lose out on anything if i dont continue starting strength?

the ULTIMATE redpill is to always do cardio and to focus on only 1 exercise if you want a big bench train bench, and do your rotator cuff work, non-negotiable
On SS you should be adding 5lbs per session to your squat three times a week. That’s 15lbs per week. At that rate it will take you 5 weeks to go from 235 to 315. Which is less than a month and a half.
But you’re clearly a moron who is easily unsettled by peer pressure so do whatever you want you fat fuck.

>no cardio so im an even fatter fuck now You don't get fat by not doing cardio, you get fat by overeating. To lose fat you eat less, which is what you should have done before starting SS.
If you spent enough time on SS to go from "fat fuck" to "even fatter fuck" and your squat was still stuck at 235, you're doing something drastically wrong, son.
