Sand bags or rocksalt. Do dumbbell style deadlifts and squats. (wear work gloves)

You won't be, not enough weight for that, plus you are female, girls do 135lbs deadlifts without looking too swole.
Deadlifts target glutes and hamstrings, while the squats target your quads. You need both to prevent imbalance. You can also add calf extensions with a shoulder shrug at the top of the motion, because why not.
