I know someone like her, thinks that spot reduction is a thing. She wanted abs, so I suggested working on her diet and cutting down carbs. She sort of got mad and kept on saying something that all she needed was a good personal trainer/exercises to work her core. I tried to explain how spot reduction wasn't a thing, and it seemed like it wasn't going through.

There are people in this world who think you can have abs without eating right. Literally told me that she's willing to try anything except for changing her diet.

In 2 years i went from 100kg to 68kg and after it to 75-77kg.

I lost 50 lbs in just over 3 months without fucking exercising at all. And I still eat whatever I want, with the only restriction being the frequency. How the fuck does someone supposedly try to change their body for 2 fucking YEARS and make such little progress?
