You didn't bulk, you just became a fatass. A real bulk would be 500-1000 calories above your tdee with at least 1g of protein per pound bodyweight + working out.

Bahaha. I did this. And then started lifting like my life actually depended on it and now I look alright. Sucked for a while though.
