4 minutes and 50 seconds for a kilometer (A 7:55 mile). It's bad, I know, but I feel proud of myself. Post your most recent PR.
Your most recent PR
Just did 2 plate diddlylift at 136lbs bodyweight
I just managed to OHP 135lbs (1p8) for five reps this morning.
>tfw most recent prs were like 2 months ago
>got sick
>lost weight
>took a break from gym
>go back
>get sick again
Sub 8-minute mile is better than probably 95% of the population. Don't be so hard on yourself, running fucking sucks.
Nice! I'm working on my fat before I start lifting. I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but it's my plan.
congrats on your pb man
Depends. What is your height and weight?
Would be ideal to start building muscle now but as long as you are making progress you are making progress.
135lbs snatch
I've been lifting for years but only recently started oly lifting. I forgot what noob gains were.
Thanks man, I'm still a fat fuck, so I know I can do better, but still, thanks.
Short, 5'6", 148lbs.
Thanks!
Hit 185 for 5 on bench last week. Not a lot but I started with 2 45lb dumbbells so I’m moving the right direction at least.
Going by BMI, you're in the normal range, if in the upper part.
Something tells me you are just skinnyfat. My advice is to bulk up a little and hit the weights. Maybe go with a 200 to 400 calorie surplus? You're welcome to go higher, but the cutting would take some more time.
Congrats! I just hit that myself a week ago. Are you going for 190 x 5 next? Are you doing Texas Method too?
I'm eating like 204kcals a day, at the moment. Is that bad?
204 calories in total? How much do you eat and what do you eat in a day? Leave nothing out. You are what you eat user.
Today, I ate 300g of white grapes.
545 deadlift 2 weeks ago
feelsgood
I’m going to up the reps to 8-10 before going to 190. I want to take it slow and focus on form.
Damn. I would go and read the sticky, and get to where they talk about Diet. It also has a resource for plugging in your food too.
Also no, I don’t know what Texas method is.
Sounds like a done deal. Good luck user! We're all gonna make it
I'll check it out.
220x5 on bench at 175 lb bodyweight
Shit is the worst man. Remember fitness is a journey and life long. It will all be in the past soon enough.
Fuck thaaat, I can barely do 90.
125kg close grip bench press
Well to be fair a kilometer is a lot shorter than a mile so it's kinda silly to make a direct conversion.
What I've done to get me out of my OHP stalling was the ScottHermanFitness Facepull (Which is more like a neck pull. Youtube it.), and lateral raises.
Also, if you aren't doing a lot of abdominal work, I would do some. I've been doing Ab Wheel Rollouts
6:01 min 2km ergo row.
Sub 6 soon.
Sauce? Reverse search isn't helping much
Lol imagine how her feet would smell and taste after she does a workout lol
changed my squat stance and got a 4pl8 squat
Past few weeks eating right, hitting all macros. On Monday, i finally hit 2x5 140kg, and then did 1x8 at the end with 142kg. My first ever, and my first ever to do 8 reps with such a weight.
Today i hit a new DL PR, and hit 160kg 2x5.
I just registered my second child. Might not be a lot, but it's a PR for me.
yeah haha
Sex offender?
you shouldn't be proud of yourself
180kg do, 140 squat, 115 bench and 72.5 btn oil. All for one rep tho
Lol fucking phoneposting 180 DL, and 72.5 btn OHP
3 pl8 for 6 on bench
No idea man.
345 squat
23:13 for 5km. Want to get into the 22s this year.

355x5 deadlift last working set
what shitty car needs almost 8min for a mile?
fap, 32sec
4 pl8 deadlift
Not impressive by deadlift standards but its something
110 kg front squat, 80 kg c+j, 55 kg snatch, all at the end of a cycle. Still beginner numbers but I'd been hoping for a bodyweight c+j so I'm pretty happy with that
135kg/299lb high bar belted squat to just below parallel, five reps.
Almost there, lads.
Taking 225lbs through a 4 lift complex I got off of Sonny Webster.
Power clean, squat clean, push press, split.
It's pretty damn manly.
You shouldn't let that determine what you strive for though. I'm happy for OP and it's cool to make progress, but I ran 4:50 miles in high school and wasn't even varsity.
195lbx5 on bench yesterday and then 4 miles in 35 min today. Last 3 miles were all 8 minutes even. I’m trainng to do a really difficult alpine route next summer. Feels good man.
my new 1 rep max
>205 bench
>285 squat
>315 deadlift
@164 body weight
When I was 15 and 40 pounds lighter I made a 5:12 mile. Now, after I've filled out, the best I can hope for is around 8:30. Feels bad man
This is a nice thread.
That’s one down three to go buddy
Start lifting to learn proper form White Loosing fat, almost a month is wasted learning proper form and programming
>tfw haven´t hit a single pr in anything in 4 years
>It´s fucking annoying to go downhill from my teenage years in every single aspect of life
Congrats user. Last week I was able to finally achieve a 6 minute mile. I need better socks my feet always feel like their on fire.
based
4pl8 diddly 3x5
3pl8 squat 1x4
That's a nice rare Murdoch Murdoch pic you got there
Got a promotion at work, down to 12.2% bf from 18.7 (190-168 pounds), haven’t lost any of my lifts, farthest run up to 5.5 miles, mile time down to 7 minutes, gonna start swimming soon. Not even close to my goals bro but we’re all gonna make it!
Hit my first 405lb deadlift last week at 146lbs which was pretty exciting. Prob gona bulk back up to 170ish for a few months now.
100kg squat x3 rep
480 on DL at 186 at 6’1 at 19
Also 275 on Powerclean
finally hit 180lbs weight at 6'1". Other than that no significant progress on my lifts but my bulk is going well and things are slowly rep by rep getting better
if i wanted a 135lb snatch id call ur mom
90kg OHP
I felt true adrenaline for the first time while sparring MMA today. It was meant to be light sparring but he came in hard so I did too and the trainer had to shout us down.
What a feeling though. I’ve smashed some big numbers lifting and none of that comes close to this.
You've never been in a real fight? Glad you're digging it but shame you haven't experienced the real thing, nothing quite like it
Nope that’s why I started. Planning to do my first amateur fight soon. I can only imagine how intense it is.
not that user, I mean like a street fight, a real unmoderated fight where if you lose your shits getting fucked. That's adrenaline. Glad you can simulate it safely but shame you've never been in a fight with some pissed off drunk rando, you'd love it
another one
/video-680dl03/blonde_blow_and_deepthroat_dildo_in_webcam_2
using the latest deep learning algos and cyber espionage i found her name .
Madison Lain
30 minutes for 6kms ; 1600 meters in 6 minutes ; 68 kg lat pulldown.
OHP 50kg x5
i feel retarded for neglecting, it to be honest. ive been lifting for years so I should have passed 1pl8 ages ago
Stopped deadlifting for a while because of some knee troubles, but started again at the beginning of this summer.
Back up to 305lbs 5RM and 320lbs 3RM
Just came from hitting 135 OHP and 405 DL. Feels fucking great
1pl8 OHP for one rep. It was my worst lift by far.
did 355 dl and 320 bench on back to back sessions. feltgoodman.jpg
good work user
7.5plate deadlift.
Yesterday I OHP 105 lbs for 5 reps. Shit was killer.
295lb didley
it happens to all of us, user. I was out for like 9mo due to car accident and work. Just take careof yourself and dont push yourself too hard if youre not 100%.
3x5 120 kg squat. Soon 130 kg
height/weight?
My autism tricks me into progress all the time. At least three times I've broken a PR because I'm a kuncklehead how can't count and put on a 5kg instead of a 2.5kg or a 15kg instead of a 10kg. I'll get through the set and think "wow that was tough, I need to increase what I'm eating" then I realise what happened. Always funny.
Most recent pr was 255x1 flat bench. But I weigh 200 and am like 15% bf. That was after doing 245x1 breaking my old pr of 235 that was like a year old.
Congrats if true, but post proof
Based autism. Probably an awesome way to push prs because your brain doesn't go "hurr durr next set will be very hard I can't do this"
Hit 275 on bench a couple weeks ago after lifting for about 1.5 years. 6ft 3in and 205 lbs
If maybe your a DYEL faggot who is still a beginner and will progress regardless
I almost came to this image, closest thing to perfection I have ever seen.
Hit this about a month ago for 5 reps. Now I'm deloading down to 80 lbs for 12 reps to build muscle.
