Don't want to lift weigths anymore

But still want to get strong and athletic as possible. I know the general belief/conviction here is that you ca't get big if you don't lift at all but I don't believe that.

Anyway, I need tips, exercices, routines, recommendations for that change in my life.

I've come to a point where I don't want to lift anymore. I'd rather do calisthenics, swimming, or any other sports that'll be fun to me.
But for now, I only need a routine like the ones you see on youtube videos that promotes these equipment less routines.

If there are some muscles that can't be trained at all without equipment, I can still go on lift wieghts for that but I'd rather avoid that.

I don’t know why everyone’s being such a cunt, OP. Climbing is great for working almost full body (throw in some bodyweight/ring work for chest/triceps and maybe biking up steep hills for legs). Boulder with a weighted vest if you want stronger muscles, some people end up looking pretty dyel even though they can climb hard

You know what's the best way to do that? Lift weights, do conditioning, and do mobility work. Train like an athlete does. Look up Jim Wendler and read about 5/3/1. He talks about the stuff you talk about. And guess what, his program revolves around lifting weight, but still makes you athletic. I'm a wrestler, and I use 5/3/1 to train because I need to have good conditioning, strength, and mobility. It's worked very well for me.

why not be buff and athletic. just lift and pick up some martial art, go full Letho mode.

Yeah I was thinking about climbing but more as a hobby thant anything else. I did some when I was younger and really enjoyed it. Right now I'm searching for some routines that I can do outside or at the gym. The closest place I can climb is pretty far away AND expensive.

That's what I was doing before but I don't have the time to lift and do a sports in a serious way.
+ There are other reasons I don't want to lift anymore.
It's not fun to me as it used be before. I got way too many injuries (pretty normal when you've been doing sports since forever but the ones I got with lifting were the worst), etc, ...

Pick up a sport that you like, most of them have a bit of bodybuilding.
I just picked up weightlifting. It's so damn fun and so complex, and the fact that technique is so important, and beautiful, and the fact that you're alone doing it, to see yourself progress in strength and technique is such a good feeling.
