don't worry breh, used to be in the same boat. But what kind of program are u currently doing? I used to only bench 27,5 kg for 4x10 but when I switched to 5x5 and put on 1,25 kg every new workout I quickly came up at 60 5x5

Either way, try the fucking sticky, put about 2kg more per week, do them at least 2x times, and watch your progress.

Feel unconfortable? try unloading (go 80% of the current weight) and go from there the same routine
