What is considered a good frame?
Also what should i focus in?

My cam is absolute shit, but just google 25% body fat to get a good idea of where I'm at.
I'm 6'4" and 200 pounds.
How much time would it take me to reach 15% with a good diet and exercise program??

just want to see abs for first time boys but my motivation is really taking a hit. been cutting/maintaining for almost a year straight

what bench did you start with?

First day in the gym I struggled with getting 40kg for three reps, although my form was likely dog shit. I was about 78kg back then.

I hit 100kg in 5 months at about 83kg BW, and have been adding about 5k a month since then. My squat and deadlift suck though, I neglected them badly.

6'0", 155 lbs/70kg, bench 120 kg, deadlift 170 kg, squat 120 kg
