I suppose you could, but if you ate the whole thing at once you'd have to drink about a gallon of water or it'd probably turn into a brick in your gut, and in any case I doubt you'd absorb the whole thing properly, some of it would come out the other end undigested, your body can only process so much at once. Probably fine if you broke it into thirds or quarters and ate it over the course of an entire day though.
