I did 1pl8 ohp for 5/4/5 today. I'm happy with that as I'm almost certain I'll hit it for 5s next time. Also attempted 90kg bench (5/2/2) so 2pl8 is edging closer.

Hit 65kg on bench press for 3x8 and moved my OHP to 42.5kg for 3x8 this week. Weak as shit but still feels good!
just hit 60kg OHP for 5 reps and 85kg bench for 5
feels good man
not killing myself
I OHP'd 75 kgs 5 times yesterday, it felt really good.
did 3x5 dips with +60kg today
i weigh 90kg myself
if you say your lifts are weak, i suggest going 3x5 or 5x5
sets of 8 are more suitable for hypertrophy than strength
post stats
A hit a 250kg squat 6 weeks ago, nothing cool since though.
Just hit 300 on my squats while cutting from 250 - 203lbs. I'll get there
not sure what my statement and my stats have in common, but here:
>ohp: 75kg 5x5
>incline bench / pendlay row: 95kg 5x5
>squat: 137.5kg 5x5
>deadlift: 192.5kg 1x5
just curious because I see you commenting a lot here
>Doesn't post actual bench
>Posts incline and pendlay row instead
Lol
>thinking flat bench is any better than incline
>thinks back stats dont matter
not sure if bait...
Why include incline rather than flat bench? Is your flat bench seriously that weak?
i never do flat bench, cuz it serves no real purpose other than dick measuring
also, incline does more for the upper chest,
which you'd know, if you'd do your research
but mainly, i dont do it for my shoulders,
flat just fucks them up, incline doesnt
Hit 315 ATG squats for 5 the other day. Wasnt able to get a second set in for more than 2 but I probably could have done a third rep if I wasn't scared of failing mid rep.
Still stuck at 385 DL, 185 bench and a 115 OHP. @ 196lbs, 6 ft.
Lol, so it is that weak, then? Just like I thought...
are you saying if you dont flat bench it is automatically weak?
Not exactly, but that is a true statement
it really isnt tho lol
just tried: 115kg 5x5 flat
while it isnt 100% on par with my incline, i dont think thats weak lol
Diddly'd 315 for the first time and squatted 250 four months ago then got a new job that put me on my feet all day. Legs stopped progressing and now ive got patellofemoral pain from cycling to work all the time.
Fuck my life.
160 pushups. Injured myself and haven't been able to lift properly so just been hitting out the bodyweight exercises.
Bodyweight squats are just tedious.
