do you unironically need anything else for peak aesthetics with minimalist and effective approach?
Squat
>minimalist and effective approach
If you're actually looking for that. It's enough.
Honestly I would include rows here. What you posted is pretty much what I do plus rows
which variation?
lateral raises, calf raises and tricep extensions
bench and ohp are godshit for triceps development
minimalist training is retarded
your retarded
you retarded
your are retarted
your retartation
Youre not going to reach peak aestethics with this retarded workout.
You need high volume isolation exercises
post body
dips
>isolation exercises
lol
If aesthetics are your goal and minimalism is important to you for whatever reason then I don't see the need to include deadlifts.
You don't understand the importance of deadlifts it seems
Ok enlighten me. I'm not saying deadlifts aren't important, but I don't think they contribute significantly to aesthetics. You and I might have different definitions of what aesthetic is.
I'd add some more direct side delt, rear delt, bicep, and triceps work for max aesthetics.
>direct side delt, rear delt
maybe
> bicep, and triceps
you are not benching and chinuping heavy enough
Not that poster but I do pendlay row.
Not the other guy, but I think big hams, butt and traps are important for aesthetics
>he's not doing facepulls
Someone call Jeff
even narrow grip bench can't come close to hitting the triceps hard enough. you need a tricep isolation exercise if you want them to look as good as they can
I associate aesthetics with proportionally larger upper chest, delts, and biceps with well defined abs.
That's because you are gay
ok
Maybe add a tricep exercise and another core one that works more upper core otherwise should be fine.
>front squat
>romanian deadlift
>calf raises
>bench
>ohp
>dips
>lying triceps extensions
>weighted pullups/chinups
>horizontal rows
>facepulls
Gotta hit all the muscle groups
what muscles does dip hit that ohp and bench dont?
calf raise is useless
why do you need triceps iso when you bench ohp and fucking dip, but no biceps iso when you only do 2 rows, where is the logic in that?
Only thing is that I'd add some sort of horizontal pull too, like a barbell row
This, along with diddlys and chin ups if you do them supinated you'll get good armwork
I personally start with low weight , bent over barbell rows . As the weight gets higher , i naturally do a conventional row , than a Yates row , than shrugs for traps. Do evey set for 25 reps. Super effective
Dips work tris harder
because in order to fully develop your triceps you need to hit all the 3 heads of your triceps, which are all hit pretty damn hard on tricep extensions, bench press sucks ass for triceps as you keep progressing no matter what grip you use.
This guy is a fucking dyel brainlet
but you already have lying triceps extensions there
post body
>big lower body muscles can't look good
Looks pretty good but I'd add some kind of horizontal pull like a t-bar row or pendlay row for that upper back thickness and some side laterals because ohp and bench just aren't going to hit that lateral head well. I'd also change out squats for front squats and bench for incline bench if we're talking peak aesthetics here
>Incline Bench Press
>Overhead Press
>Barbell Row
>Chin-Up
>Front Squat
>Deadlift
>Hanging Leg Raise
The true patrician's lifts
C U R L B R O D E T E C T E D
Wut in retarnation
add a row variation for sure, and curls/tricep work/rear delt work if you want to be slightly more than minimalist
You water retention
If you can do 25 reps why not add weight?
red dead redemption
What's your intention
>remove everything
>high pulls + bench press
life begins at conception
Upper back work and direct arm work for one.
OHP is not to be used so much
Squat isn't really needed and walking lunges with dumbells can work just as well.
I can't believe how many newfags and dyels fall for the 'muh compounds'. Strength != Muscle growth you god damned ignorants. If compounds were the key to aesthetics bodybuilders wouldnt do isolation. And before you say 'muh steroids', research how muscle actually grows and youll see that steroids don't change how you train.
