I'm not responding to any training. I've tried for years. Is steroids my only chance now?

Eat more you twink.

I did. I'm skinnyfat now.

Shit diet
t.knower

Something in your diet is killing your gains. I know because I had that same thing, training for months and 0 progress. I eliminated all dairy products from my diet and I started gaining muscle mass pretty much immediately.

Then you didn't lift enough. You were just fucking around. All that shit would go into your muscles and not in stomach.

Are you at least at or close to 1/2/3/4?

Are you serious? Some guy on /ck/ said he gave up dairy and it was like the first time he pinned.

Are you training consistently? Are you eating at a surplus every day? Are you sleeping 7.5 to 8 hours a night? If any of those are not a resounding "yes" then gtfo

Not him but what kind of dairy are you talking about?
I can drop milk but I'd really rather not have to give up yogurt

what are your lifts and time training, if they're bad enough you might be an actual true non responder/poor responder to training (which exists, some people do not even experience novice gains)

Lose the fat you have rn, make sure you are eating plenty of carbs and protein, eat low fats
don't listen to any other retard
carbs are the single most important nutrient for genetic deadends to make gains.

Alright, more oats I guess, thanks.

1/2/3/4 is a meme standard

Yes. I made some very small gains over 6 months and got stuck

Bump

What do you mean "got stuck"? Post your routine and screenshot yesterday's food journal entry.

3 sets of everything: rows, bench press, curls, skull crushers, dumbbell squats, military press, calf raises, run for 20 mins.

I'm on a 4 hour bus ride but I can tell you I've been cutting so I can start at a fresh base line and I had a calad with lettuce, chickpeas and tomatoes and some oats, totalling 1200 cal today. Here's me flexing I guess. When I don't flex it looks pretty bad. Been looking exactly the same for over a year. I did make SOME progress though in my first 6 months.

Why are you still on dumbbell squats? Are you not increasing the weight 5 pounds each session?

I can’t lose body fat for my life, but gain muscle very quickly.

Maybe it’s the eating thing.

you can't be serious

you didn't even do a real program how can you claim to be stuck

I try. When I do I fail. I cannot understand how someone can raise the weight that much on EVERY WORKOUT, how does that work?

Alright, tell me what to do then. It's the adding weight part. I try to but then my form suffers and I fail at 3-5 reps. This happens every time I try to raise the weight

bollocks

maybe your squat form is shit

The issue is your cut most likely. You need to count your cals and your macros fairly accurate as you need to maintain a high intake of protein and not allow your cut to be too much. There are many online sources on how much protein you should be in taking, but shooting for half your cals as protein is probably good. How much are you dumbbell squating, how often are you doing it, and are you doing the same routine each workout?

It's just 5lbs, not all that much.

Feels enourmous to me. After 3 work outs you're up 15 lbs on your presses and squats? How do people do that?

You should be cutting first. I can easily see your fatness. Cut then eat at a small surplus and find a real program.

Take your temperature. Bet you average 97f or under. Fixing your hypothyroid will fix your hormones.

Force of will?

How often are you failing your lifts?

Law of accomodation
“This is a manifestation of the biological law of accommodation, often considered a general law of biology. According to this law, the response of a biological object to a given constant stimulus decreases over time. Thus, accommodation is the decrease in response of your body to a constant continued stimulus. In training, the stimulus is physical exercise.”

Doing the same shit will result in 0 gains after a while. I made the same mistake for months. Change up your exercises. I guarantee you'll make gains.

Same boat, Op.

Im lifting for 2 years, PPLPPLx, i go EVERY WEEK, at least 5 days a week. sleep more than 10 hours, eat chicken breast everyday, and im still DYEL.

i tried eating more(+500g cooked pasta daily), to beat any caloric deficit, and now im weighting 88kg(1.92m high), but still DYEL as fuck and skinny fat.

i wont stop going tho, the other option sucks even more.
