I'm 190 now but my lowest was 160. It's not hard just start dieting and work out.

Nope. I was in the same boat in January of this year. I am 173 as of today. You can make it but it will require a lot of hard work and determination. This lifestyle is not for the lazy and weak. How much are you willing to commit? How tired are you of being tired?

I was in OP's boat, 5'9'' at 250 pounds, then ended up with so much loose skin that once I got down to a more reasonable weight, it was absolutely impossible to guess how fat I still was, even with calipers and tape measures. Plus, I lost a ton of muscle from being catabolic for so long without serious lifting. Now, I pretty much have no choice but to bulk at a higher than ideal (estimated) bf%, hoping the bulk is lean enough that I don't just go back to being obese, because the other option is to cut even more, torment myself with even further dieting and even further muscle loss, with only a sagging bag of sickly bones to show for it.
NEVER get obese.
All things have a price. You can get to eat whatever you like and sit around doing nothing, but the cost is your body. You can be strong and lean, but the cost is effort.
Choose either, nobody else will truly give a fuck which one you go with - but never act like you didn't know the price.
