What do I do if I want to specialise in the (overhead)press? I asked qtddtot but I'm not sure if any of them have actually finished SS.

well, lads, I failed two classes last semester, so for this semester, I will be part-time to prove I can function in a university environment. What this means is I will have a decent amount of free time available so as a lurker I have a few questions:
Should I cut? I really dot care about pulling ladies but would it make you a more effective lifter?
How do I return my shoulders to decent health? I can bench a fair amount but whenever I do anything on the incline or straight up my delt absolute scream.

Add rear delt work like band pullaparts and more pulling in general, do shoulder dislocations and add standing ohp and shrug at the top, I know you said incline and straight up hurts but this may not.

I've been low-bar squatting with a really wide stance and toes pointing outwards at like 45°, am I fucking it up?

Are you getting worrying pain? Are you sabotaging the amount of weight you can lift? If no to both of these, keep doing it, just try squatting with a few different stances to see what's most comfortable.

bench improves OHP and vice versa. just do more OHP volume and more shoulder/triceps accessories instead of chest stuff. maybe more incline bench press than flat as well.

It's what feels most comfortable and I manage to lift the most weight with that stance, just concerned if I'm spread too far and toes pointed out at too high of a degree I could be setting myself up for injury. Thanks for the reply.
