Best lower ab exercises?
Can't target the lower abs, but any ab related exercises that include lifting the legs (which should start at the pelvis) are basically weighted ab exercises.
Do any of you guys get hairs on the shaft of your penis? It's easy enough to shave the stuff lower down and on the balls, but I've got thin tufts of hair growing right around halfway up the thing, and the skin is too loose for a razor to work.

I can put up twice what my buddy can in bench but his chest sticks out more than mine but all I do is barbell bench and machine flies. Is how much your pecs protrude genetic or do you have to do a specific movement for that?
Could be posture, genetics, technique, effort, etc..
You should really add more to your chest repertoire. Dips, dumbbells, and cable exercises. Work on compounds, then do chest isolated work to get ze pump and push until it feels like your tits are going to explode.

I've suddenly noticed the past few weeks that when playing guitar (my side gig for the past 10 years), in certain positions, I get a trigger finger lock on my index finger, and have to manually yank it back into position with my other hand. It's borderline traumatizing for somebody like me who gigs two nights a week at least (on top of a 40 hour a week salary job working at a keyboard for 65 grand).
I've been lifting for the past year or so. I've noticed my fret-hand looks a little swollen and bulging compared to my non-fret hand. I'm working to correct my wrists pulling back on push movements, but it's tough.
That said, is there anything else I can do to prevent tendonitis/trigger finger symptoms? I've noticed one night it was just lockup up that finger with no warning feeling like trigger finger, other times I'm just getting bad muscle-feeling strains and cramps in my forearm on that side.
For context: When I was a kid, I had a tendon growth issue. As I was growing, my leg tendons would not grow anywhere near the speed my bones, muscles, and body grew, and so I had to do a rigorous stretching regiment to keep my leg tendons in check with my body. Fingers crossed, is it possible that my muscles are just growing fast enough to the point that I need to start doing these exercises on all my tendons again?
I really love lifting, and I really love guitar. IF I had to pick, guitar would take precedent, but I'd be a depressed hulk of shit if I lost lifting ;_;

Try doing bulldog grip and using wrist wraps on presses. It's better spending a few bucks and sacrificing your 100% raw status than fucking your wrists.
Thanks user. I've always had very skinny wrists. I may take your advice to heart, although I would like to toughen my wrists up. Maybe I need to slow down the gains for a while to let my tendons catch up, since they have a history of not keeping up. I just hope I haven't done any long-lasting damage over this past year and a half. I do notice the characteristic dull popping noise of the tendons when I move around my left hand in various ways, that I mostly don't hear with the right.

Been lifting 3½ months now and I'm stalling at a punt 80kg squat (69kg BW).
I'm doing SL5x5 and I've deloaded 2 times. What do I do? Just keep banging my head against the brick wall or change to an intermediate routine (even though I should be squatting far, far more by now).
I didn't like 5x5 for squats, it just felt like too much to recover from if I was going to be squatting again two days later
maybe try 3x5 for squats and see how you go, or look at doing wednesday at 80% of monday for 2 or 3 sets to give yourself more time to recover

Everytime I start lifting I get bloated stomach, i.e. can’t shit properly and constantly smelly farts.
Thing is I also start eating more when lifting so I don’t know if it is some specific food or just the lifting. I also have a friend that lifts and noticed he also has a farting problem and goes a lot to the bathroom unsuccessfully probably.
I really need to fix this shit last time I failed a semester because I couldn’t stay in classes because of awful smell and needing to shit a tiny hard bit. This is fucking up my life, girls avoid giving me a ride knowing the car will smell like shit all roadtrip

sleep is one of the most important factors in muscle building. you should aim for as much as possible but try not to sleep more than 9, maybe 10 hours some nights
running should be done after weightlifting, otherwise you wont perform as well and therefore, not reach your maximum potential for gains

1 banana

1 or 22 spoonfuls of peanut butter
some cinnamon if you want
whole milk until it's all covered
This should amount to 0.75 liters and around 800, 900 calories

I recently decided I didn't have want to to die not knowing peak fitness after years of slovenliness and a poor relationship with food, and so I decided to start cycling and joined a women's rugby team.
I'm having a lot of fun and am returning home after each session feeling beat up all over, in a good way, but after a session on Wednesday where we were practicing lifting jumpers into the air, I've had really bad, dull, deep aches in both forearms. At first I passed it off as some kind of forearm doms because I've had doms in muscles I didn't even knew existed since I started playing, but something doesn't feel right with this. The pain persists throughout the day and is quite deep. Deep to the point where I can't tell if it's muscle or bone that's hurting, and when I flex my fingers it really it intensified. If I had to point out where the pain was localised I'd say it was the extensors.
