This. Any man is gonna look shredded if his body fat is low enough regardless of how much muscle he has. This dude just has standard skinny man sinewy muscle, he's just cut enough for you to see the definition when 99% of men are not.

Though he may have used tren to this effect, I doubt it. He doesn't have the ultra high blood (typically face is lobster red) pressure and acne that usually come with it.

When I was using tren, I simply could not stop eating. Maybe that's not typical for most, but it would have been worthless for a cut to me. Actually on any type of juice (I tried maybe half a dozen different things), I probably ate 4-5k calories a day (note: most of it was making muscle and not making me fatter).

But I've never really been able to cut effectively on any type of juice, I'm just too hungry for it.

Lower bf makes a huge difference as does lighting, tan, pump, and water manipulation.

I hiked Mt. Katahdin a few weeks ago which was like 8 hours of cardio and had been very strict about my diet for a few weeks before and doing two cardio sessions a day and lifting 5-6 days a week.

I was also tan from a beach trip.

After the gym changing two days later I had shredded abs and looked great.

Then I went to beer fest and then a block party and drank a whole weekend straight while eating a fuck ton. I had tons of trail mix left I didn't eat on the backpacking trip and probably ate an extra 1,000 calories a day from that. Also went out for drinks after work 3 days in a week and missed working out all but two days due to meetings. By 9 days later, with the tan faded, no pump, and bad lighting I looked absolutely mediocre. Just a regular dude with ok muscle and fairly lean bodyfat.
