You really need to eat offal as well. Giblets, heart, stomach, tripe, liver, shit, if you're doing proper keto you really should suck marrow from the bones as well. Just eating choice cuts is a dumb way to go about it.

Buy eggs in bulk. Skirt steak or sirloin steak is frequently on sale. For 5 days you eat 4-6 eggs and 3/4 to 1.5 lbs of steak twice a day, using whatever butter or oil you need to cook them, salt and pepper only for seasoning. Day 6 you have cheat day, which should consist mostly of low carb green veggies, fish/chicken, and some berries.
