Everyday + other meats you MIGHT get some heart problems, but 3x a week is perfectly fine.

I have eaten a 1lb+ cowboy cut ribeye and 6 oz of Manchego cheese every day for the past week. Been doing Pavel Tsatsouline's Russian Bear program.

I eat ribeye for dinner 3 nights out of the week. I eat a slow cook roast another 3, and I polish off whatever eggs I have leftover from my chickies on sunday nights.

Every day I eat around 2-2.5lbs of meat. No veg ever. well into year three now. Started it because of chronic gout flares that had me figuring out what gun oil tasted like on the business end of my 1911.

The best diet I've ever been on. eat more ribeyes OP.

Those gout attacks were so bad I quite seriously began to believe I was in hell. Full on hallucinatory beliefs and shit.

I even went so far as to completely cut meat out of my diet for 6 months, because meat causes gout, and I still was getting attacks. Didn't do shit, in fact I started feeling worse overall AND putting on fat, feeling weaker, and the attacks got more frequent.

So I figured what the hell if this is it for the rest of my life I might as well eat meat. Ate a steak for dinner. I was sick of everything else so I ate just the steak. Ate another one the next night, and the next, and another. By the fifth morning I felt fucking fantastic. My toes were loose and pain free when I bent them. So I decided to try out just eating only meat. My doctor said I was crazy after a month when I told him my gouty toe was shrinking and completely pain free. Im going to get "constipated" "have even worse gout attacks" "destroy my kidneys" "ruin my liver" etc etc. The icing on the cake I eliminated my anti-depressants and I went from a 125ug dose of synthroid to the lowest at 25ug.

I haven't had a single twinge of joint pain since I switched. I haven't been "hangry" either, and the only time I have felt anything resembling hunger is after a bear ran off with my food safe with my pemmican while I was hiking and had to hike out two days without food. And even then the hunger wasn't even close to the hunger I'd felt for shit like pizza.

My total cholesterol is high, but ldl is low, hdl is way up, trigs are way down. Liver enzymes are low, kidneys look great, my testosterone went up to the high 800s from low 700s. And since my famalam has a history of exploding hearts I'd been getting a CAC scan every two years. My score was climbing by about 15-20% each year which is red flag territory. My highest score was 360, last year it was 30. The specialist said "I have never seen this kind of reversal before"
