I assumed you get a short stick and hold onto it, gradually pulling your arms together until you can touch? I tried this the other day and it was a really nice stretch, but I wasn't even close

Listen to me nigger because I actually did it. I always was able to do it like the dude in your pic related but the other way I was short of a good 5 cm between touching my fingers. Anyways the only way to do it really is stretching. And it's gonna take some time. For me it was like half a year until my fingers finally touched. I stretched every time before working out chest, shoulders and back.

I actually have a fucked up right shoulder from working construction so if I don't stretch I don't have a full range of motion in it which would really fuck up my ability to go all the way during the exercises.

If it weren't for that I wouldn't bother with gay ass stretching anyway.

every dyel can do this because their back and muscles are not in the way. I can't do this because my back is too wide
