I lost 15 in a week on a prolonged fast once. Felt like shit the first 3 to 4 days but was ok for day 5 and 6. Day 7 was tough because I was anticipating refeeding so much.

I'm planning on trying out a prolonged fast, 7-10 days or so. I actually just strained my back doing some simple yoga-style stretches yesterday even though I did just fine during my morning workout. So I have to take it easy in the gym over the next week or so anyway, so I might as well use this as an opportunity to try out prolonged fasting to see how it works. I probably only need to cut like 10 lbs to get down from 15% to around 10-12%, and if this actually works instead of the tedious long-term cuts I've typically done, that'd be great.
Unless you are 200+ lbs overweight, then no, you don't want to do that.
Do not listen to fast fags. You will fuck your shit up if you jump into a prolonged fast without preparing first. You need to get your body used to eating very little before going on a fast or else you will fail.
Just do it normally. There is no reason at all that you would need to lose that amount of weight so quickly.
Get in a sauna and don't drink any water. You can't loose that much fat though.
