If you're a fatass who eats junk food all day, counting calories and eating stuff that isn't complete junk food will help you lose weight.

So if that's where you're at, it might not be a bad start.

The issue is, if you're serious at all about diet and exercise, subway has a lot of carbs, the meat is processed, the protein levels are relatively low, the sauces have sugar in it, and the soda is really ad for you. The sides (chips / cookies) are also really bad.

I've been working out and exercising since I was in middle school and, if I switched to the subway diet, I'd gain fat and lose muscle.

The healthiest thing you can do is actually just make your own meals and not eat out.

You don't have to be on a low carb diet, but all the bread in a Subway sandwich are pretty much just empty calories.

No it's not a good option. Wendy's chili is the only affordable fast food option for weight loss.

Two weeks ago I was 205lbs.
Now I'm 190 exactly.

I basically cut down alot of pops and fast food and late night snacks by half maybe even more.

But eventually a crave would kick in. Where should I go if I want a bite to eat when I'm out?

Just pick a good meat like turkey or chicken (yes I know the meat isn't really quality, but I think it's better than most fast food), and then just pick not shit toppings, basically don't be a fat ass. Only normal cheese, no bad condiments like mayo, ranch, etc, get some veggies like spinach, tomatoes, etc and you can keep it fine.

There's probably 5 better options in terms of nutrients and/or price than any fast food at any given time. Fast food is almost always a bad deal that you can simply avoid.

If fast food, then either a sub without any of the sauces or a kebab without the sauce. It isn't the best you could eat but having it once in a while won't ruin your goals.
