Every vegan I've known eats like shit.
Is this true about vegans?

I don't know any IRL vegans, but I can confirm this is true with all the basic bitches I knew in college who went vegetarian. Ate nothing but fucking junk food all day, and then had some shitty salad for dinner and convinced themselves they were eating healthily.
But the bottom list is not vegan.
all the vegans I know (which is a lot) eat a shit hummus and really not much else, everything is around hummus/guac
>Ramen Noodle: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Vegetable Oil (Contains One or More of the Following: Canola, Cottonseed, Palm) Preserved by TBHQ, Contains Less than 1% of: Salt, Onions Sauce (Water, Wheat, Basedbeans, Salt), Potassium Carbonate, Sodium (Mono, Hexameta, and/or Tripoly) Phosphate, Sodium Carbonate, Turmeric
looks v*gan to me
No pork in the beans and while the oil that is in used in oreos comes from the oil that was once dinosaurs...the case can be made that all plants were once a part of an animal or eat animals thus aren't technically vegan in a round about way.
They hate themselves not animals
That's ultimately what it boils down too. A lot of them are vocally misanthropic.
no, what I mean is most people hate themselves and animals.
most vegans eat too many carbs
vegans in my ecperience tend to eat slightly more healthy but far more choiceless. eating hummus everyday.
I know a bunch of vegans, one of them a friend of mine who started lifting this summer, and desu, some of them eat like the bottom of the pic, some of them pretty good
I don't know any vegans either, but I do hang out on dating sites sometimes (with a fake profile of course) and sometimes you need to fill in quizzes to figure out if you match with another person. This one girl had both of the following questions in it:
>I'm a vegan, what's your opinion on that?
>I'm overweight, is that a problem for you?
I'm pretty sure there are heartfelt vegans who do it for health reasons, but as it stands right now veganism is yet another hype that should go the same way as the whole gluten-free hype and the quinoa hype. The sooner it dies, the better. Hell, I want the "bullet to the brain" diet to become a hype purely to see how many people fall for it.
hummus is pretty good though
There's plenty of people that eat meat and also eat all of that.
What's the point of that meme?
>What's the point of that meme?
Questioning the point of going on a restrictive diet if you're going to eat shit anyway.
Because "I eat a normal diet" doesn't carry connotations of eating tons of vibrant healthy stuff, as people are primed to believe when talking about veganism/vegentarianism
What's hummus? Indian or Jewish?
Most vegans I’ve known have come from vegetarian households which are usually religious, they themselves are more contemporary, and their dietary habits are considered a bit strange even by their family. Usually from what I’ve seen is they eat a lot of whatever is cooked without milk or cheese, which is really hard if their family is Indian. Usually this means they have their own food in the fridge like basedbean and blackbean burger patties which they eat a lot of.
middle eastern I believe

A bit unrelated, but if you're going to go vegan, you might as well avoid acrylamide too.
That eliminates:
>Potato chips
>French fries
>Breakfast cereals
>Breads, especially toasted
>Coffee
>Cookies, crackers
>Peanut butter
>Chocolate
Or really anything that uses high-temp cooking methods (frying, baking, roasting, grilling, etc.) at some point, and plenty of other processed garbage.
Eat raw, steamed, or boiled foods and you're set.
Most vegans are more concious about nutrition than normies. They just end up eating a lot of carbs and very few protein but they remove a lot of shit like processed sugar from their diets. College vegan roasties eat like shit like most college kids
Yeah the only actual vegans I know are fat
Oreo's are vegan
Delicious
>Most vegans are more concious about nutrition than normies
No they aren't.
They just stop "eating meat' and just fill up on horrifying junkfoods. Half of which have animal something or other in it.
Why
Acrylamide has carcinogenic effects.
>oreos comes from the oil that was once dinosaurs
who cares, they where already dead
who cares, if you eat meat the animal is already dead
Vegetation does not have relevant calories. The most caloric vegan optiona are confined to oils, starch, sugar, nuts and seeds.
>the case can be made that all plants were once a part of an animal or eat animals thus aren't technically vegan in a round about way
Choosing to not support industries that revolve around killing animals is different from wishing that animals didn't die in the first place.
Vegans are responsible for mass clear cutting of forests (for the booming and growing avocado craze). So the animals that used to live there, the animals you genocided , would like to thank you for your compassionate choices.
