I've found that isometric exercise is effective for the arms. Usually with the cable machine I like to hold the top of a curl. Or step back and hold at 90 deg to work triceps.

You’re just small that’s why your arms are small

Do curls every workout. Make sure to do hammer curls too and angle them so they go towards your chest. These hammer curls will work your brachialis which is a good portion of your arm and increasing their size will increase the width of your biceps.

I like to do 3 sets of supersets of seated hammer curls. Start with a weight where you can do 12-14 reps. Then right after that go to a lower weight and do 10-14 reps and when you can't go all the way up do some partials on the bottom so it burns like fuck. Then right after do an even lower weight and do the same thing as the previous superset. That's one set. Now do it 2 more times. It burns like hell but grows your brachialis.

train your arms
eat really high carbs(600g minimum) everyday
you have to train your arms everyday.
Curls and tricep extensions everyday.

Unironically get stronger on full ROM compound exercises, and do some curls and extensions

Not him but since you said "10-14 reps" do you mean I can just stop after 14 reps even if I can do more or I should do as many reps as I can until I fail within the 10 to 14 rep range?

Use a dumbbell weight where you can't do more past that. And do a few partials after you fail to complete a full range rep.
