Depends. Someone around the same height can easily tell if you lie more than 2 cm but manlets might not be able to estimate so accurately. Think you could go as low as 186 or so.

Most people do lie about their height, by about 2 inches or so. Can't tell you how many people I've encounters who are the exact same height as me (5'8") and claim they're 5'10".
