awhile back someone posted this amazon link for mastic gum which is a bit tougher to chew than regular gum and lasts a long ass time.

its flavorless and all you do is put one or two pieces in your mouth and let them soften until you can begin to chew them. get the "medium tears" as they seem to work the best for chewing from my experience. If this shit doesn't tone the muscles in your jaw then nothing will lol.
