sup Jow Forums, today i'm starting a (by my standards) pretty extreme cut for a month or so. i'm gonna allow myself 6-700kcals of protein, fat and carbs each day, and then allow myself to eat as much plain vegetables (peas, carrots, broc etc) as i want to fill my stomach. anyone done something like this before? am i being retarded? any advice would be appreciated
