Depends. If you keep your heart rate low aka do proper cardio then it might take 30 min for many people. Especially heavier, built ones.

As for the original post, you don't need all that shit for pic body. just lift for an hour 4×/wk, run 3 miles 2-3×/wk, eat decently but not "perfectly", and sleep 8 hr

mate. if you eat 0 carbs (not 80g, not 40g, ZERO fucking carbs) over a long period of time, you will shrink. your muscle mass will rapidly decrease. implying that this guy is getting most of his daily calories from fats and protein, 6 miles of running every day will do the rest.
is it possible to lose a huge amount of bodyfat with this method? yes of course. its probably the most effective way (keto+cardio) for an obese person.
is it possible to maintain your muscle mass while doing this? absolutely not. your muscles need carbs for both hyperplasy and maintaining existing muscle mass

There are many alternatives to running that are easier on your body and arguably much better in general if you want to do cardio, like swimming.
Strain from weight lifting is a necessary evil, if relaxing on the couch gave the same results as lifting weights for bodybuilding I'd just sit all day.

yes, that is true. but the body will first supply sugar to the vital organs, the muscles are the last priority. So if you dont supply any carbs at all, your muscles wont get enough (wo wouldve guessed), because your body is too busy keeping your brain, your liver etc supplied

Running distance is like meditation whilst getting view, I lift but make sure I run 3 days a week and get one 1.5-2hr run in on weekends.
