This, I reached 1/2/3/4 for reps in probably about 8-10 months depending on the lift. If you're training seriously and your diet is in check, it shouldn't be an issue.

I reached 1/2/3 in 6 months with SS, no joke. Didn't even get fat. I am close to lmao4pl8 deadlift and that was probably delayed due to a back surgery I was recovering from.

But I’ve gone to multiple gyms, and I doubt all of those guys are on roids in each gym. I’m more inclined to believe that fit is full of e-stats, dyels and bad advice. Also why wouldn’t roidbros be able to lift those weights that fit says is beginner tier.
