Steamed or boiled veggies? which method is better?
>he actually cooks vegetables
Best raw
Baked is easiest and tasted the best.
Search for that vegan bald doctor on youtube he has a video on it
Steamed. Boiling them you lose vitamin content.
false, other than for specific ones like broccoli
You cook vegetables but eat raw broccoli? What the fuck? It should be the opposite.
Steamed is objectively better because boiling causes nutrients to leak out and be lost in the water. Unless you're cooking a soup or something in which you're consuming the water too.
However, steaming can be more of a pain in the ass depending on the hardware you have.
it's not about how it taste it's about what you GAIN
raw

Like a pan?
Broccoli loses much of its nutritional value if cooked, other veggies are different because of better cell walls.
raw veggies taste really weird
If you're boiling you just need a pot/pan. If you're steaming you need a pot/pan along with some sort of steamer basket.
From what I have read, Microwaving them will do the least damage to the nutrients.

I've got these plastic container things with different levels, water underneath and veggies on top. Put in the microwave for a bit and it steams the veggies.
>facts are jewish now
